Bodybuilding for Brass Players: Workout and Improvised Warm-up #1

In this episode I share an early morning practice and workout session. I alternate between lifting weights and improvising with the radio on multiple instruments (tenor trombone, bass trombone, and tuba). When going from weights to playing an instrument be mindful of your body’s fatigue level. Make sure you don’t over do it and hurt yourself.
